After preliminary discussions with the DRC, the trellis was dropped after their expressed opposition—too busy.  The bermuda roofing layout remained (even though the DRC had never encountered this manner of metal roof installation and thought that it was rather foreign to The Sea Ranch).  The new roofing proposed was an off-the-shelf aluminum bermuda panel that incorporated solar photovoltaic strips—all of a dark charcoal color that blended together visually.

The Floor Plans remained virtually the same.
