Removal of all board-formed cast-in-place concrete in response to new opposition by DRC.  Close in gable ends with wrapping metal panels as a continuation of the metal roofing.  Steps to grade from courtyard changed from colored concrete to wood in response to DRC.  Convert Family Room to dedicated Garage space in response to DRC.

This would be the last iteration of the residence.  When the DRC returned a new set of comments after review of this design, the owner had had enough and stopped work on the project.
